How to Clean skulls

In this American Taxidermy video we learn how to clean animal skulls. He is using borax, bleach, detergent, scrub brushes and a strong stomach as this smells awful. He uses a deer head with antlers, called a European mount and a canine skull.

Extremely helpful... however, it was not said in what state the skull started out as (strait from the butcher, found outside, etc.)

iSkull. We are announcing it at Macworld. Check it out.

That's just nasty... in such a wrong way!

This was very informative. I just wished he would provide instructions on how to remove gold fillings out of the teeth that had dental work. Grandma made many visits to the dentist and I'm trying to cash in on whatever I can. Also, the coat hanger trick worked really well for me.
